In order to improve coordinated communication in Europe between food safety institutions at European and national level, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSAshort forEuropean Food Safety Authority) has launched the “Coordinated Communication” project. To support the implementation of this project, the microsite External Link:oursafefood.de was created at the BfRshort forGerman Federal Institute for Risk Assessment. This information platform regularly collects and publishes the latest news from the European partner institutions on food safety issues.
